What goes around comes around  !!

One day while working on his farm, Fleming, a poor Scottish farmer, heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He rushed to the spot and saw in the bog, a highly terrified boy, mired till his waist in black muck – crying, screaming and struggling to come out ! Fleming saved the young boy from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

The next day, a luxury carriage pulled up in front of Fleming’s modest house. A rich and elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.

The nobleman expressed his deepest gratitude , saying, “ You saved my son; I would like to repay you.”

Farmer Fleming said, “ No, I can not accept any payment for what I did”, waving off the offer.

At that moment, the farmer’s own son showed up at the door.  “ Is that your son?”, asked the nobleman. “Yes”, Farmer Flaming replied. Then the nobleman made an offer humbly, “ I will make a deal. Let me take him and give him a good education. If the lad is anything like his father,he will grow to be a man you will be proud of.”

And that he did. Farmer Fleming’s son graduated from St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become famous throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.

Years afterwards, the nobleman’s son was once suffering from pneumonia and he was saved by Penicillin ! The nobleman was Lord Randolph Churchill and his son was none other than Sir Winston Churchill !!!!!!!

Yes, an act of kindness never goes waste – what goes around eventually comes around! Yes ! It is good to be good, ultimately!!
